Organizational effectiveness was achieved through the standardization of evaluation methods and the sharing of best practices among network partners. Stakeholder engagement was central to their approach, with teachers, school administrators, parents, and community members actively involved in decision-making processes. As a result, Teach For All saw improvements in student achievement and teacher retention rates across multiple countries.

For example, in their efforts to eradicate polio, capacity building programs were conducted to train local healthcare workers in vaccination techniques and disease surveillance.
